CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have done a wonderful job all through your pregnancy, labor, and birth. Allow three days for your milk to come in. Nurse your baby on demand and your milk supply will adjust to his needs. If you feel like you're still struggling, then make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids and if you need an extra boost, try drinking Red Raspberry and Blessed Thistle tea. Half and half is best, but the Blessed Thistle is pretty bitter, so you might want to try a 3 to 1 ratio at first. Your son is blessed to have such a conscientious mother!
