Vodka to kill blood fungus?

..bunch of forum monkeys ..on another server..far away..
insist that the way to kill fungus in the blood is with
high grade [highly distilled" vodka.

no Sugar or yeast in that..almost pure alcohol
..

hmmm...does alcohol really kill blood fungi ...at a level
that is not lethal to the human?

*shrug* a mystery..sounds too simple.

sure the alcohol would spike the blood triglycerides..
but a price worth paying..
