As for uploading pictures, its really easy.  On the home page you'll see your user name on the top left side.  Click on 'Profile', it will take you to your profile page.  You'll see this:

Search Profiles | Edit Public Profile | Edit Account | Upload Your Photo | Locate Photo | Donate

Click on 'Upload Your Photo' then follow the directions it gives you.  If you get the picture uploaded and on CZ and still can't post it then let us know.
