Hi
I'm wondering if anyone has any insight to give on the interactions of the Paleo diet and and the "eat right for your blood type" diet?
I'm no expert in either diet but would it be fair to say that our ancestors were primarily type O, and therefore the Paleo diet is very suited to them. I'm type A, and therefore should eat a vegetarian diet.
Does anyone agree that the Paleo diet fails to address this blood type issue entirely?
