Re: Post liver flush enemas? Need help

You don't nessesarily need to do enemas after a flush. I never have and I've done several sucessful flushes. However, if you don't do enemas you need to drink Bentonite clay for at least a week before the flush and the week after. This will clear up the intestines before and it will bind to the toxins that are released and protect you from getting ill from those toxins.
As far as eating something I know that you may not get the bile flow that will make your flush easier, but many people do eat vegetables, grain and fruits (no fat stuff) the same day they do a flush and they're fine. I think they take Epsom Salt though. But in other words I think you can go on with your flush no probs. But I'd get Bentonite clay asap.
