the post flush enema is essential and a pre flush one is good. so is all the prep. but the key for you will be what you eat. you feel like crap because of your diet. i eat what i consider to be the weirdest things now because i eat for health and nutrition instead of for taste. then if i have a lunch with someone important or go to a christmas party once a year, i can indulge and not be a stick in the mud to others. this could be a problem if youre a babtist. lol potlucks galore!! you find the stuff you once craved is repulsive anyway, if not upon tasting it, then when you experience it later. happy flushing, it should help get you started.
