Re: SWF question

Ha ha! I'm a nurse too! I work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule. I'm do my MCs when I'm on vacation because I'm have "spacey" days on the Master-Cleanse and wouldn't want to be at work when I was like that, and secondly, the timing is really hard. But good for you for trying it out. In my experience I have found two hours post SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) should be enough time. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is really important because it is the step that allows you to expel all the toxins you have been working so hard to mobilize out of you. If you don't flush it out, it will sit in your intestines and possibly be reabsorbed. I don't recommend skipping the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) if you can help it. To help with the sleep, maybe you could prepare the SWF the night before and set your alarm 2 to 2.5 hours earlier than you need to leave for work. When the alarm goes off just chug the SWF and go back to bed. When your regular alarm goes off, get up and do your normal thing. Maybe a little extra movement to get things flowing. If you wake up having to go before your regular alarms goes off, well, that stinks but at least it's working. You might be tired but I think it will be worth it. I had a really hard time getting the SWF to work for me when I first starting MCing and now know I have to use the alarm trick myself for several reasons. Good luck!!
