It is refreshing to see somebody like you who recognizes your place and has enough integrity to admit as much publicly. I too had an acquaintance once who, about 6 years ago, was telling me about a similar albeit decidedly different, considerably larger carnival show that at that time, both of us, like most other average people, were uable to stop looking at; tv. Among the significant differences is that it is nearly impossible for a person, any person, to get themselves banned from watching that show. Strange as it may seem, the kinds of behavior that can get one banned here is precisely the kind of behavior that makes one a suitable candidate for spending the rest of their life viewing that other show, the mainstream show..... crazy, isn't it?

Somehow, some way, both of us were able to rescue ourselves from that particular freakdom... self-banning, as it were. Ultimately, it was that event that allowed each of us the time and opportunity to refamiliarize ourselves with some of finer aspects of the human condition that had been the most severely harmed during the time we were each hooked on that particular freak show .... namely, the desire, willingness and capacity to shun that show in favor of taking time to critically think about the real show that is life....... and in the process, both of us, on occasion, like others here at this show, have experienced those moments of being able to genuinely help somebody frequenting this show...... go figure, eh? Anyway, now that you realize this is not your kind of show here, good riddance and good luck with that. Tweet
