I went through the same tests as you because of palpitations and my heart pounding. My blood pressure was very low before the Mirena, was high but erratic on the Mirena, and hasn't gotten much better with it out for a almost a year. The cardiac tests didn't show much of anything except a low ejection fraction so I often wonder if the Mirena caused it. Lots of women seem to develop cardiac problems.
