Do you still have time and energy to start new protocol which I guess is less invasive than flaxseed with cottage.
I would recommend you protocol with:
1. wheatgrass/barley juice from fresh home grown wheargrass or barley,
2. home sprouted broccoli ( broccoli sprouts )
and red cabbage and water cress.
But most of them should be broccoli and red cabbage
3. fermented vegetable
broccoli, cauliflower, brassica sprouts with
clinatro, garlic as added herbs
Fermentig this with EM microorganisms ( cleansed ).
4. vegetable juices
- carrot, celery, spinach
- pine apple, parsley, spinach
Use some clean water ( from nearest clean creek )
If you have no possibility for clean water then do not use
public water but do
juicing vegetable and fruits.
At at around 100g of sprouts per day ( during the meal ) with light food ( rice, quinoa ...).
Do as much as possible life food - biogenic food.
You can sprout quinoa,...
But most important is wheatgrass juice.
Once at the beginning later twice per month use weekends
three days for fasing with wheatgrass and vegetable juices.
Others day use wheatgrass or barley ( barley has less
Sugar and is more bioactive ).
During fasting do the enema with soaked ( into distilled water ) pulpa ( residuum of
juicing wheatgrass ).
