I have just experienced the truth of what Arm & Hammer suggested back in 1925.
I've been in the midst of a severe cold, with concerns that it was progressing to pneumonia. I started on baking soda the other day and within an hour or so I could tell it was having its effect. Now, granted it has been a long, slow incline up and out of this stuff but my fever which had been trending up, turned and trended back down from the point I took my first dose of Bicarb.
How many colds have I endured with the box of Arm & Hammer sitting right there in my place?
(If nothing else it saved me the expense of an Dr. visit & drugs...)

ps, the first day Arm & Hammer suggested taking 1/2 teaspn in a glass of water 6 times a day, 2 hours apart; the next days 4 times, 3 hours apart and the next day twice, morning and evening.
