I found a good deal of confusing information on the "candida diet" online. You need to make sure that you really are on the right diet, and you're not taking in something that's doing the opposite. For example, check your supplements--make sure they don't have yeast! Alcohol is bad, some veggies, etc. Also, supplements only make things worse if you're not absorbing them. That happened to me--I felt WORSE over 6 months. I stopped ALL supplements, took middle-chain triglycerides through lauricidin, probiotics and NO OLIVE OIL. Changed my life and no more fatigue.
