Re: Accupuncture anyone?

Thought I'd update with my hot yoga experience, though I have yet to do acupuncture. So I've gone for two sessions of Bikram (90 minutes of yoga in a 100F heated room) and can't say if it's helped immediately overall, but I certainly was able to take my mind off my health problems while I was doing it -- which has to be positive! -- and I can't help thinking that I'm sweating out some of the bad junk that's been circulating through my body. I can wring out my yoga clothes into a bucket after class! Bikram is yoga especially for detox, so even if it's not a miracle cure, it can't be hurting. I'm going to keep doing it along with the sauna and see how things go. It's so frustrating to feel this bad after 7 months post removal -- one of the only things that makes me feel hopeful is being proactive about my body, and doing what little things I can to feel better.
