got the Iodine mixed up with the bilberry extract:) oops!

My tongue felt as though it was burning(although it wasn't). I salivated quite a bit...I just drank a lot of water... and then, nothing. No chemical burns, I did not grow horns, I did not become hyperthyroid. None of my special parts fell off.

So, lugol's. Yes, best diluted. But straight? No harm done:)
