I think this dream is just reflecting back to you
some of the feelings you've been having.

You are a stranger in a strange land.
This restaurant owner seems to be the only person
you know, but you are not even sure how he feels
about you. You taste his food and like it. Then tell
him "that does not mean I know what you know".

You get lost and 2 women try and help you.
Do you have a friend or two that you go to when you have a problem? I ask because 2 woman appear in your dream again.
This seems to reinforce the idea that you seek help
from other woman. There is nothing wrong with this.
We all seek help and advice from our friends.

In this scene you are in the back seat, which indicates
that you are not in control. The circumstances of the dream
allow for this. I mean it fits. You would not want to drive around in a foreign country/city being lost, better to let someone who knows the area do that.

Then you are "complaining" that you are clueless as to
where the restaurant is. Then, you find a clue.
More than a clue, it's the address! Only to find you are far away from it.

You were married and had a couple kids and later got divorced. I'm gonna make a guess that you're thinking
about "dating" again and that makes you feel like you're in a foreign country.
