Liver flush and skin conditions?

Hello I'm 20 years old and have developed over the past 4 years a severe case of keratosis pilaris on my arms and legs, along with chronic depression...could there be any correlation with liver toxicity? I usted to take a lot of Tylenol since about 8 years old for migraines and this continued all throughout highschool I also seem to have a problem with dairy...my skin condition is really bothering me and even causing more Depression has anyone here solved skin issues by detoxifying their livers/bodies...please help I want some hope this will go away and I can live a normal life.
