It is also wholly unsurprising that the Information Commissioner's office ruled that The University of East Anglia was in breach of the Freedom of Information Act – an offence which is punishable by an unlimited fine but wont be prosecuted because the legal time limit has been passed - Maximus Ludicrous excuse if ever Ive heard one - more legalese crap, a bit like saying we cant prosecute because its raining.
