You did the master cleanse? wow. Impressive. I've been looking at doing that once I'm finished with all these liver flushes. But the whole fasting thing looks really rough!

So sorry you are having pain in your side. I wasn't having any pain until I did the liver flush. lol. But i feel ya- I have sharp pain my side and mild pain in my back. But I think I just really stirred things up when i did the first one-Fun. AAAAnnnnd, I should have taken it a lot easier than I did after the last flush. Rested several days...oops.

I'm still a beginner at all this- but your pain does sound gallstone related...I'll say a prayer for you tonight- that this flush heals your pain!

I'm trying to heal from a condition called costochondritis. Not fun at all...lots of chest pain.
