Only 2 months and I'm suffering

I'm 29 yrs old with one child, got the mirena implanted a week before christmas 2009 and I feel like I'm losing my mind! My mood swings are off the chart I'm either mad or sad rarely anything inbetween. I get these random migranes that start right behind the eyes or in the temples. Lower back pain that sometimes refuses to go away even with an 800 mg ibuprofen. Acne,and this appetite from hell! I'm always eating! Plus I've got this bloated belly, I don't know if it's from the excessive snacking or the excessive birth control. I've gained 10 pounds in 2 months, I haven't even gained 10 pounds in 2 yrs. I'm short and snappy and easily frustrated. I've had the Mirena placed for less than three months now. Can the Mirena be causing the side effects so soon? I like to consider myself a woman who pays attention to her body and what's happening within. I know how I'm feeling now isn't normal this isn't just a case of the blues. I'm really considering going to get anti-depressants or if my supsicons are correct new Birth Control.
