mirena crash?

is it cyclic? am 5 weeks post removal, no period yet and yesyerday and today have all the old signs and symptoms....space, funny vision, heavy limbs, numbness, week knees, funny head pains, sore neck and muscle spasms. although the same the symptoms are milder and minus the anxiety/panic attacks. is this a crash???
