The sunlight is my single most important factor with feeling good. Additionally, I have read on a yahoo fibro forum before that a couple people have completely cured their symptoms by moving to warm places close to the equator. I feel the best when it is hot and dry and feel the worst when it is cold an wet. Fibro makes me really sensitive to the weather. I can actually feel a drop in barometric pressure. In other words, when there is a big shift in weather ( cold front/ rain) coming I can feel it a good 6 hours before it happens by feeling stiffer and getting a slight headache. I moved to Cali for the sun.
