Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

My 89 year old father has been diagnosed with triple A. I am looking for some way to help it heal. He refuses surgery as he feels he won't wake up from the anastethics or that he may get an infection from being opened and his internal organs moved around. Anyone have any suggestions on how to heal or cure or even moderate the triple A? Thanks, Sylvia Tweet
