I can sympothize with you.
Interesting you should post after my post, as I have gained weight with this 3rd stage adrenal fatigue.
The high cortisol levels have really messed up my thyroid this time. I too was super model thin, and now, 30 pounds later! I hate it too. But, I have to just stick with the adrenal, thyroid recovery program the best my doctor and I know how. Once that is achieved, than I hope some weight can come off. I have Wilson's syndrome, high reverse T3.
At least now my husband and I share the same amount of weight gain.
I've read that taking those diet drugs with ephedrine is bad, in that it makes your adrenals kick out more adrenaline in order to loose weight.
