Re: Need your support please please:-(

Your story sounds so much like mine.

I still have muscle twitches and weakness, although not every day. I had left side weakness and some weakness in my right hand. I too could tell which fingers/toes were affected, though it also changed often. My legs between my waist/knees hurt so badly at some points I was afraid I would fall.

I am now 11 months post removal. Some days good, some days not so much.

A few things that I feel are key (that took me awhile to understand). 1. Get good sleep... not excessive sleep, but have a set bedtime/waketime, and stick to it. Force yourself to get up and get moving. I am so sore and stiff, but if I get up and get moving, I always feel a little better. 2. Stretch your muscles... I think I let myself get too inactive forawhile and it made my muscles weaker and achy-er.

Try to not drive yourself crazy. I have been to neurologists and rhumatologists and physical therapists and my GP and my chiropractor and the ER. Nothing shows up on any test.

I truely believe that this is just some reaction to the silicone, or hormones, or both. I dont know what makes us react differently, but I do beleive that with rest and healthy living, we will all feel better, we just need to take one day at a time.

Best of luck to you!
