Re: Problem with BM/What cleanse to try?

a normal BM is SUPPOSED to be soft and fluffy and break apart easily in the toliet when you flush. WHY would you want to be passing a brick solid stool? that requires mucho peristaltic action. {cramps}

I'm not sure how YOU define a *normal BM* that your goal is.

Your daily action is a different story. You SHOULD be going every day. 2-3 times. one meal in, one BM out. even steven. ;) The consistancy just tells you how you're doing. harder stools=slower transit time and dehydration. diarehha like = quicker transit time. Try using a marker like corn to track your average transit time. Of course with all your constipators and fiber for years your *natural* time is shot. Your body has adapted to your fiber regimes.

Having to wipe alot means you're not getting it all out. poop more!

Gas is a different issue too. Probiotics help that, as well as good transit time. Gas is from fermenting stuff. Sometimes from cleansing, also a sign that you need to have a BM, so go have one!

*No consistancy*? define consistancy... are you having completely runny, watery diarreha? If no, then what's the problem exactly? Read a bit on what a *normal* BM should be like & see how yours compare.

Liver Flushing won't help this much at all. The people on bowel cleansing forum may help more. good luck! ~Rebeckah
