Alpha Fetoprotein is high, please need advise

I discover I have Hepatitis C in 2000 and soon I start a treatment with Colloidal Silver 8oz daily, alpha lipoic acid, silymarin , selenium, dandelion, licorice, sutherlandia OPC, vit.E, B complex etc.

Over the years AST and ALT was normal or just a little over normal, but Alpha feto protein from normal range 6 , now is 16.
Few months ago I have an abdomen CT scan and is no evidence of mass.
Somebody can give me an advice, what can I do.
