I believe it is found as a constituent of some foods, but only in very small amounts. I don't think you are really going to be able to get the benefits from this through diet alone. If Pantethine is not available, then I think you would still benefit from Pantothenic Acid. As with any supplement, don't assume that higher dosages are necessarily better. For example, some new research is suggesting that supplemental Vitamin C can negate some of the health benefits of exercies, specifically it's ability to improve insulin sensitivity.
