I agree my friend! My only problem and I think we have been through this before is the chloride which I believe most of us who have been raised with the standard american diet have too high a level of chloride to begin with creating an imbalance!
My choice of course if you remember is mag sulfate!
Sulfate being a common deficiency is an added benefit.
I do not have a problem with short term use of mag chloride!
However someone not too long ago complained of a problem with this compound after a certain period of time! I wish I could locate it !Perhaps you remember it Lineup! Cost and accessibility is another factor I believe we discussed!
One factor that plays favorably into mag.chloride is the individual ,if one is benefiting from it's use stay with it ,listen to your body and if one day you realize an imbalance then stop using it!
