Its pretty potent i think, its 2 days straight then you leave it alone for at least 2 months.

I think i have a toxic colon so a fecal smell was emitting from me analy and when i used this the amount of rubbish, mucuid plaque etc was trully astounding. The smell now seems to be gone now and my breath seems to be really fresh every day so i think that it has worked really well for me, cant be sure if it will be the same with you though everyone is different.

You might be really backed up and this causes bad breath even when you brush your teeth like crazy. I also started doing a liver cleanse i got from iherb and that seems to be working well. Im gonna go for a colonic when i can afford it to make totally sure im as clean as possible colon wise.
