I've been cooking with e.v. coconut oil for almost 4 years now but have had a hard time eating it directly (not the taste, I adore it, but finding something to put it on now that I don't eat gluten is a challenge). Inspired, I shall start putting it on my steel cut oats in the morning. I love anything spicy, so will start in with the cayenne (it was always my fave part of The Master Cleanse cocktail). Uggh, my basal temp upon arising was 96.8. Rome wasn't built in a day, I suppose and neither shall I be. Still, so excited about all of this.
