hunchback?

For the past month, my back is a little achy during the bed and especially while I sleep. It is where the hunchback area is. In bed, that hunchback area feesl like it is poking at my skin?

Could I be developing a hunchback? I had a foot calcium test for bone loss, and I'm rioght at the border of low/medium bone loss. I am 37 years old, but I don't drink milk, get much sun, or exercise. Plus, I'm thin and tall. So, I'm afraid of getting a hunchback.

Are there any other tests I can take to see if I am starting to get a hunchback?
