I was able to access the Humaworm site from a Firefox browser. Maybe Internet Explorer is the problem???

I think I will try Humaworm, it looks like a great product!

I have a question though: Do most people use Humaworm alone, or together with some sort of colon cleansing program like Psyllium and Bentonite shakes, to help move things out? Also, is it necessary to be "zapping" at the same time, or can you just use the herbs?
