Goiter

I posted a while back about a nodule on my wife's thyroid. She got the results from the biopsy & it is not cancerous, just a goiter. I'm sure we can shrink it in time but wondered if you had any suggestions. We are on day 3 of a 2 week OJ fast & she is still doing the Christopher Glandular Formula, Thyroid Formula & Kelp. We are thinking about a high dose of kelp for a while & noticed that Dr Christopher suggested White Oak Bark fomentations on the area. Any other suggestions?
