Ratings aren't that important.........just the info'.
I think I posted on several forums simultaneously, so down to each individual mod' I suppose.

I have mentioned taking choline and DHA for Brain health before now, and especially DHA in the prevention/treatment of Parkinsons Disease, but uridine is a new addition for me, along with the B vitamin complex, phosopholipids and other antioxidants.

................"the nutrients showed a statistically significant level of improvement compared to those who received a placebo drink. In fact, 40 percent of the patients receiving the nutrient mix showed improved performance".

Worth considering for anyone with Alzheimers.
