Thank you we feel good about what we are doing and trying to stay positive. Once we start to see and feel the improvements it will get easier.

Speaking of that I was wondering once you got over the 200 mark after 27 days of the Elp 1-9 is that when you started feeling the change and having more energy or how long before you started seeing and feeling changes??

After we finish with 1-9 we will start moving up the scale by doing each ELP remedy for 2 weeks before moving to the next one which is going to take a very long time to get to our ideal energy level since they are both pretty high, looks like over a year to reach it..I sure hope it does not take that long...
