I always thought the white film on vermillion border had something to do with the white sticky stuff on my front teeth, which I assumed was plaque. Since the sticky stuff is gone from my teeth along with dead skin on my lips, it is hard to know which one it was. It is important to know if it could be plaque since that is clue to cause in this type of EC.

Epithelial cells and leukocytes showed up in Kid8's biopsy. Plaque contains a small number of epithelial cells and leukocytes.
