Brain Stem Stroke

Best way to get ozone to reach Brainstem cells.

Diagnosis- Brain stem CVA( Stroke) on 1-9-2009

History - High BP for last 2 years

C/o as of today - Dizziness ( upon standing,turning head), gets worse upon walking with walker.

Medical History - Was in coma for 21 days right after stroke, and gradually started to recover from 22nd day onwards.

Treatment - Meds for High BP only and on multivitamins.

Rehabilitation - 2 hours a day, Physio is grilling patient. Regained most of the functions on left side and right side is good as ever.

Speech - Good
Sensation - Good
Stereognosis - Good

Differential Diagnosis - ENT,Neurosurgeon,Neurologist have no clue whatsoever

One treatment he is on for last 2-3 months is Physio, doesn't seem to make any improvement with Balance or Dizziness.

Differential Diagnosis - Meniere's Disease?

If Ozone therapy will help, and if yes what is the best way to get ozone to administer to reach brain stem cells ?
