Starting Again!

Hey peeps. Am starting Atkins plan again beginning tomorrow, Jan. 18. I did the plan in 2001 with a fair amount of success, but like so many, fell off track.

Glad to find a SUPPORT forum here on my favorite health site, the big CZ! Hope this will be SUPPORT and not DEBATE!
Is this the only Atkins Forum here? Guess I can check that out for myself.
