Wow, your asking for some arguments with this question.

The simple answer is, one that you don't throw up and gets rid of ALL the stones in 2-3 trys with zero pain and always gives you one of your best days of your life the day they come out.

You get this if you PREP, no flush works well unless your ready!

I know the herbal methods do not work, they will not allow the use of Epsom Salts , so don't waste your time on those is my opinion, my wife loss her gallbladder to the MD and $14,000 because we only new of the herbal methods and they do not allow the big stones out!!!!!!!!

If your straight out chicken and I know you will never do a liver flush, then and only then will I suggest the German Way.
It works and avoids surgery, but everything dissolves and you risk absorbing your own stored toxins, either way, Germany has not done gallbladder surgery for 30 years to my knowledge. My surgeon books stated the same thing back in 1962, but who would think of such a thing in the States, a $1 cure or make $14,000+ dollars, if you had a house payment and in the business of cutting out gallbladders would you want to make $1??? A no brainer!

Check them all out and see if they know what they are talking about, odds are you can do no real damage. They cost about $2 bucks the Clark way and over in hours with no hassles like some of the herbal methods.

I have my pet method, but it gets more envolved because of the preparations.
