I appreciate this information because I have fibromyalgia. I especially like it because I costs practically nothing! All I have to do is buy only fresh vegetables.

My husband just found out a couple months ago he has Type II diabetes. Because he is being very careful by eating mainly vegetables he doesn't have to take any medication. And now his blood Sugar is alway in a the good range.

And the bonus is, I eat the vegetables with him, most of the time, and when I do I feel great! I always feel better and always have more energy.

I am so glad Sandra is no longer feeding the yeast with sugar. It's good news to hear she feeling well because of it!
