I don't know there is a single quote from Schulze that is my favorite, but this is among them. I got a bit of help remembering this one after reading a recent string of before V after threads at Trapper's forum "this can't be good # 2 ". *ed* for some reason the forum editor won't put a working link right here where it should be, see my reply to myself for a working link *
The background to this particular Schulze quote: (from his 3-day class back in the 90's ). Schulze briefly describes his experience working in the greater Los Angeles area and the attendant media industry that (then) provided him much of his clientele ".... we are all so brainwashed by Hollywood / media ..... " He goes on to voice his observation ow how modern day starlets have already gone throiugh a series of altering surgeries by the time they attain the age of 16 years, and this gives rise to his quotable observation which I paraphrase: " .... not long ago the covers of glossy magazines featured women in their early 20's . Today (90's) the art of this industry has advanced to the use of 16 year girls as prime cover girls.... I figure that about 20 years down the road this will eventually evolve to photos of sperm ....." * now is a good time to flashback to the aforementioned "after" image. I look at that image of an apparent pube featuring a variety of distorted physical attributes (namely the bug eyes and deformed lips coupled with the angular, crooked body posture photographed from above .......I'm guessing all of these aspects were intended to enhance the photo-viewing effect intended with such a pose, and I estimate the state of the collective brainwas.... media industry is roughly half wary towards the end goal that Schulze envisioned at the time he issued his now quotable statement.
