kidney and liver cleanse

I did my first cleanse last night with the Epsom Salt oil and lemon juice. What a night i had. When should (How long before) i should do it again? I passed quite alot of stones (all dark green) what does that mean? also does this empty the stones from my gallblader as well ? Thanks, richiemaier Tweet
