Water fasting while pregnant

Hey. Was wondering if someone could help me?
I began what would have been a 30 day Water Fast on 17th December.

Fast forward to this week...I have found out I am pregnant. (Dr. says 3 weeks pregnant).

I was wondering if I could have done the baby any damage?

Also, what should I do with regards getting back to eating "normally", or should I have healthily, but not pile on the pounds?

Any help would be brilliant.
