I started with ~12.5mg and that was too much for me.
It took months to get past that stage due to the amount of Lead and other pollutants.

The way to measure ~12.5 mg is to take a 50mg table and break in quarter. Anything more accurate requires pill splitters or pill crushers.

I would add some Cilantro tincture a couple of times a day because pollutants like Tellurium are bound with it.

Else you can pop one R+LA a day but IMO Cilantro is better.
