liver flush still works with no stones

I have done five flushes now and only released a small amount of pea size stones maybe 30 in total...after my last flush hardly any stones but i got some kind of emotional release and I feel great...Iam thinking teh flush works on some kind of bio chemical level in the body - so even if you get no stones you still release other toxic residues, emotions, feelings etc...weird, but I really believe this to be the case in my situation, thoughts ?
