Interesting that it matches with your experiences so closely. I have ordered the book again. I threw it away last time!

I am still a little skeptical about all this. I would have thought mainstream medicine and nutrition would have picked up on it by now if it was that significant. But I certainly am open to the concept at the moment.

I've started a sulfur allergy (mercury related) trial. This entails avoiding sulfur containing foods for a week. If it confirms a sulfur allergy I am totally stuffed! I would have to avoid meat because I'm type A, Sugar and grains because I have Candidiasis, and most vegetables, dairy and eggs to avoid sulfur! What's left to eat?
