Re: advertisement to sell medicine only

Hi,

no worries, I don't sell anything. I am just asking.

Because if that is true what on said website is shown in a documentary movie, that means that 24 million people worldwide take the wrong medication for Alzheimer's.

Today's prescription drugs for Alzheimer's are largely so-called plaques medications. I am not too much interested in what medication they sell on said website. I am interested in those movies which seem to reflect the latest scientific findings.

As it says there, our pharmaceutical industry has been asked by those scientists to produce an anti-inflammatory medicine for Alzheimer's in order to take those new findings into account. They are not interested because they want to sell their plaques medication.

Now what I wanted to know is, whether someone has read similar things that Alzheimer's is an inflammatory disease rather than a disease of Plaques.

If this is true - as these movies from nun-study.com shows that would change the way we have to think about the disease.

As far as your comment is concerned let me say this:

- turmeric is good. Does that mean you heard already that Alzheimer's is an inflammation of the brains? That is not new to you?

- Not everyone is on a raw diet. Sorry. Most people on the planet are not and need some more practical advise.

- there is no one compound (turmeric) fix all approach. What speaks against to do it all, to eat turmeric, take an anti-inflammatory AND to look for a healthy anti-inflammatory diet PLUS to make some sports every day! Dr. Weil e.g. has his anti-inflammatory food pyramid where you can learn.

- last but not least, the cheapest solution is not always the best. Turmeric raw is red-yellowish and colors your fingers when you scale the skin plus colors your teeth when you eat it. Not everyone likes that. Besides it is not available in many parts of the world.
Turmeric in pill form you have to buy also.
And some people don't shy some costs when it comes to health - at least me I don't.

Thanks
Charice
