Glad you're doing better.

Don't overlook Omega 3 in large quantities.  The clinical trials that I've read about that were successful used a minimum of 6000 mg of Omega 3 from fish oil.  Here's testimonials, both good and bad, about Omega 3 and bipolar.

Also look into meditation for healing bipolar.  Here is a site about a woman who cured bipolar and loads of other mental issues with meditation - and a healthy diet.

What I've found in relation to both anti-psychotic medications and cannabis is that they open up your energy system - particularly your chakras, allowing unwanted and debilitating energies into your system.
