Re: Shoulder/arm pain after the flush

The sweating and constant pain when prone may indicate that you a having a biliary attack because finally you have dislodge the obstruction in you biliary system and the debris is moving around. It may be restricting the filling of he gallbladder or the draining of the bile duct but the result is the same: pain. It can last for some time maybe 48hrs but it will subside gradually over the week. To get relief you should eat bland food and keep away from fat, broccoli, cabbage, apples. You can take Epsom Salts to dilate the bile ducts. A tablespoonful in a 3/4 cup of warm water and on an empty stomach. Your stomach is normally empty about 2 hours after eating a simple meal. A gallbladder stretch and/or abdominal massage may help.

Here is a link to the stretch:

To massage the abdomen press down quite hard with the fingers of both hands together, moving the fingers in a circular manner, massage the the right rib area around he pain and also at a point half way between the navel and right hip bone.

Be patient and keep calm because this may be a very good sign for you despite the pain.
