Re: Liver flush prep?

I have flushed using only the gallon of apple juice. I do not use the malic acid or other herbs and get great results. Some times I think the gallon of apple juice is too much as I will get lots and lots of sand type stuff instead of the acutal stone shape stuff. Of course other times I get lots of junk I can;t identify either. You should be plenty softened for a flush. Good luck.
